In August,2014,Hartmann Reederei in Germany designed new environment-friendly LEG ship named as ECO STAR 36K. This design is cooperated with HB Hunte Engineering Company to develop, it has a number of first in the area of industry, including new type of tank design, superstructure and a dual fuel engine with ethane as fuel. “ECO STAR 36K”,its cargo capacity is 36000 cubic meters, it will be the biggest LEG ship in the world.

Hartmann company in Germany has ordered three ships of “ECO STAR 36K” until now, and they will be constructed in SOE, delivered in 2016 estimated.

Our company has several experienced technicians and engineers, they have been engaged in insulation industry for more than ten years. At the same time, we have a skilled insulation team. After several times of quotation and negotiation, we won the bid of eco star 36K tank for insulation work .After that , with long discussion with Hartmann REEDEREI, we drawed a perfect insulation scheme. we purchased Spraying machine, the latest x-3 type 2 generation of GRACO  from abroad. The insulation materials strictly checked by BASF to insure the insulation work carried out smoothly.

Our company follows the construction process strictly. Humidity and temperature are two important factors to influence the construction process, the humidity will influence the adhesive force between the materials,the temperature will influence foaming degree of polyurethane foam ,Anyhow we have to keep the two important factors in mind. Our company insists the principle of quality first, will deliver the best products to the owner.

Our company has been certified by DNV and successfully got the certificate. This is not only a recognition for our company, but also a recognition in the insulation industry. We believe, we can go out of the country to the world.

In November 23, 2015, Our company officially invited HARTMANN, SOE representatives, and our company’s managers attended the shooting ceremony, marking the official start of the work of insulation.
